Our enterprise mobility solutions can help you to:
The inCode Enterprise Mobility Solutions Support Center can stage mobile hardware; load and test your software; provision your hardware on a wireless network; and ship pre-loaded, deployment-ready handheld devices to your individual sites. With inCode managing the entire process, customers are assured their application will be deployed with the highest level of quality and the lowest amount of risk.
Software Staging, Loading and Testing involve product configuration, firmware-level verification, software loading, and testing. All system components are received at the
Mobility Solutions Support Center where they are tested and integrated. The complete system is then documented and shipped.
Wireless Services are available to help a customer navigate the maze of wireless operators. These services include everything from helping to choose the right wireless network, data and voice plans, to provisioning the devices on the network of choice. Our provisioning service includes assigning carrier operator addresses to wireless devices and registering them on the wireless network. These services can be offered remotely or completed in our Mobility Solutions Support Center to allow the most thorough testing process.
Provisioning Services are provided for all major data/voice network providers.
Mobile and wireless installation services range from installation of local area wireless networks in remote depot locations; to the integration of vehicle cradles, GPS systems, and tethered modems into delivery or service vehicles. Multiple installation options, site surveys, and end-to-end testing assure you that our installations are delivered fully functional and ready for use.
Helpdesk Services are offered to provide specialized mobility solution post-deployment support. The support services are available as Tier I, II, or III and include automated call tracking, electronic ticket submission, and customer-specific troubleshooting. The Helpdesk Services scope includes devices, operating systems, inCode or customer-provided applications, wireless networks, peripherals such as mobile printers and credit card scanners, and more. Our Helpdesk Services include industry leading service level objectives and extensive operational reporting.
Advanced Exchange Spares Management with Warranty and Service Contract Services are provided to enhance overall uptime and efficiency of reverse logistics associated with managing deployed mission critical mobility applications. inCode offers centralized and split sparing models including cold, warm, and hot spares depending on required service levels. inCode manages vendor warranty and service contracts to ensure proper entitlements are received. Our services maximize limited resources and assets to provide predictable operational results.
Mobile Device Management (MDM) Products and Services are offered to enhance support and maintenance of mobile solutions. MDM provides secure remote access and troubleshooting of wireless devices. inCode's offering includes the capability to disable or wipe a mobile device as well as perform OTA software updates and collect granular usage data for analysis. Our MDM solution is offered in licensed and SaaS models depending on budget and IT architecture requirements.
