Todd Crick
President & CEO
Todd is the President & CEO of inCode. Todd started his career as a Strategy Consultant with Deloitte Consulting focusing on Telecommunications. Todd then joined inCode in 2001 with the original management team. He has had various roles within the company including Business Development, Partnerships, Corporate Development, and Business Line Management. After the acquisition of inCode by VeriSign, Todd became SVP of VeriSign's Global Consulting Services, responsible for all of VeriSign's Services Businesses. With inCode's spin-out from VeriSign in 2008, Todd transitioned back to provide leadership to an independent inCode. Todd has Masters Degrees in Engineering (Waterloo) and Business Administration (Calgary) and remains actively involved in the delivery of engagements for our customers.
Rob Chimsky CTO & Vice President, Business Development
Rob is responsible for Business Development at inCode and is also the chief technologist. With 25+ years in Telecommunications and wireless, Rob brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to client engagements. Rob joined inCode in 2001 and has held several positions leading business development and consulting delivery both domestically and internationally. Previous to inCode Rob was SVP of Network and Subscriber Device Technology Development at Nextel where he led development activities from first inception to first market introduction. Rob has a Masters of Business Administration Marketing from St. Mary's College in California.
Jorge Fuenzalida Vice President, Strategy and Technology Group
Jorge has more than 20 years of telecommunications experience directing projects for wireless and wireline telecommunications carriers, equipment manufacturers, cable MSOs and private equity companies in areas of wireless technology, corporate strategy and wireless solutions. Prior to joining inCode, Jorge was Director of the Transportation Practice for Vytek, co- founder of Extendea, and Associate Director of International Development for Bellsouth Mobile Data. He also was a Senior Manager in the Communications Industry practice at Deloitte Consulting, where he led projects in strategy and business development for many of North America's largest telecom companies. Jorge began his career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton as a technology consultant. Jorge holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BSEE from the University of Virginia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is the Co-Chair of the Board of the Artemis Guild at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History.
Lee Wagner Vice President, Enterprise Wireless and Mobility
Lee Wagner leads inCode's strategy and implementation practice for enterprise mobility. Mr. Wagner has experience developing solutions for enterprise clients in the areas of mobility, applications, business process and network implementations. Prior to joining inCode in 2003, Mr. Wagner was a senior manager of technology infrastructure strategy and operations for Deloitte Consulting. Before joining Deloitte in 1994, Mr. Wagner was associate director of operations for the Kirklin Clinic at the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation. Mr. Wagner received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. He has a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science and Health Services Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Ramona Hark Chief Financial Officer
Ramona is responsible for Finance and Accounting back office functions for inCode Telecom Group, Inc. Formerly part of the financial leadership team from inCode's start up and growth from 2000 to 2005, Ramona rejoins the leadership team bringing diverse industry experience including manufacturing, healthcare, and international operations in addition to wireless. Ramona holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting.
Brian White Director, Strategy and Technology Group - Americas
Brian has over 20 years of telecommunications experience directing projects for wireless and wireline telecommunications carriers, equipment manufacturers and private equity companies. Prior to joining inCode, Brian founded and led service delivery for Converged Network Solutions, a strategy consulting firm specializing in predictive analytics for the telecom industry. Brian also led professional services and sales for Marconi Wireless, an international wireless services firm. Earlier roles included leading network deployments for Motorola and California Microwave. Brian has a degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University.
Akil Fisher Managing Director - Advanced Technology Group
Akil has more than 24 years of telecommunications and IT experience, primarily in telecom strategies, technologies and solutions. At inCode, Mr. Fisher runs the 20-person Advanced Technology consulting group and directs projects for wireless and wireline telecommunications carriers, equipment manufacturers, cable MSOs and private equity firms in areas of wireless technology, corporate strategy and wireless solutions. Mr. Fisher holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business and a BS in Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Larry Wall Director, Mobility Solutions
Larry has over two decades of experience providing software-based telecommunications products and solutions to wireless carriers, cable MSOs, a wide spectrum of enterprise markets, and network equipment manufacturers with a specialty in comprehensive mobility architectures and business analysis. Prior to joining inCode, Larry led mobility solutions engineering for Peak Technologies and co-founded wireless application provider Pelusys, Inc. He also was Director of OSS Solutions Practice for ADC Telecommunications and The Apex Group providing integrated network management and OSS/BSS systems. Larry began his career at Link Simulation Systems designing data communication systems. Larry holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University's Carey School of Business and a BSEE from Purdue University.
