Analyst - Analysts work across multiple practices and develop core consulting competencies: research, analysis, problem solving, and creation of deliverables.

 

Associate Consultant - Associate consultants continue to engage in a variety of projects and start developing proficiency in core consulting competencies.

 

Consultant - Consultants are proficient in core consulting competencies and able to work independently in a project engagement.

 

Senior Consultant - Senior consultants are well-versed in core consulting competencies and able to engage complex projects with a great degree of independence.

 

Manager - Managers have acquired significant industry and consulting experience. Their role is to manage projects and oversee teams of consultants, as well as develop and maintain client relationships.

 

Senior Manager - For senior managers, project management and client relationship responsibilities expand. Senior managers take an active role in selling work to clients.

 

Director - Directors are established in the industry and function as advisors on client projects. They are mainly responsible selling projects to clients.

 

Vice President - The V.P. is the primary division leader and strategic intellectual thinker. Key responsibility is helping manage the firm and staff resources, driving inCode business, developing old clients and forgoing new relationships globally.

 

At inCode, our most valuable assets are our team members. We are dedicated to coaching our talent and supporting their growth. Recent undergraduates typically begin at inCode as Analysts. New MBAs and experienced candidates usually join as Consultants or Senior Consultants, depending on background.

 

Each person new to inCode is assigned a counselor who helps manage his or her career path. With performance evaluations every six months and reviews after each project, inCode members receive continuous feedback. Advancement is based on demonstrated merit, and individuals have ample opportunity to demonstrate their skills. Team members often discover that within a short amount of time they have developed competencies and advanced their career much more rapidly than if they had been at a larger company.
